This service includes:
- Client requested updates
- Updates to website page content (content must be provided)
- Picture updates ( pictures must be provided)
- Replacing outdated links
- Systems and App Updates
- Detailed service report with upgrade suggestions
This service does not include( but be to your purchase as an add-on):
- Adding new product eCommerce stores
- Creating new landing pages or webpage
- Custom banners or graphics

How this service works:
- After you have completed your purchase, you will receive a link to submit a support ticket (please allow up to 15 minutes to receive this link).
- Click on the link to access the support ticket form.
- Complete the form in detail. Please be sure to add ALL of your maintenance updates on the form. you will also be able to upload all pictures, content and files to the form.
- Submit the form. You will receive an email that your request has been received
- Within 24-48 hours a member of our time will email with the status of the update. You will also receive an estimated time on how long it will take to complete your requested updates. The service timeline will depend on the amount items needed to be updated and the complexity of the request.
- After we have completed updating your website you will receive a detailed service report and upgrade suggestions if needed.
